FORWARD MAKEUP TEST SESSIONS
All of our scheduled testing sessions are now complete. This week we will be working through makeup testing and it marks the end of our Forward testing window. Thank you for your support and ensuring your student is attending school.
Students should have their Chromebook, charger, wired earbuds & pencils when attending all testing sessions. It is wise to remind your child to have these materials in their locker at all times. As a building we have provided students with many sets of wired earbuds. Please remind your child to keep their wired earbuds in their lockers for the remainder of the school year for school use and FastBridge testing in May.

Teacher Appreciation Lunch
Please help us show our appreciation for all of Wilson's AMAZING teachers that work so hard each and every day, by contributing to a Soup/Salad Lunch on Monday, May 6th. Please click here for the sign-up. We ask that everything be delivered that day by 10 a.m. Thank you so much!
We are so grateful for Mrs. Primus, Mrs. Rhein, and Mrs. Meyer. Their efforts to support our students, families, and staff doesn't go unnoticed. Their kindness is shared with everyone who calls or enters the office, and they are always ready and willing to lend a helping hand. Please take time this week to thank our administrative assistants as we celebrate them.

During the month of May, we will be holding a family engagement event! Later this week, we will give each of our students the book Wonder. This is a gift to them and their families. We are inviting families to read the book over the course of then next month and join us on May 22nd for a showing of the movie Wonder in correlation with reading the book. This is a great way to take some time to read together as a family and enjoy a heartfelt book with a powerful message about kindness. Please keep an eye out for more details regarding our Book to Movie Night.
Parent Teacher Conferences Survey Due Friday 4/26/24
We currently only have 18 responses to our Conference Feedback Survey. We are hoping that all of our 6th & 7th grade families will take this short 2-question survey. This feedback will be used to determine which format we will used for conferences next school year. Thank you for your help.
Safety Response Protocols
School safety is critical to high quality learning and the Manitowoc Public School District utilizes the K12 Standard Response Protocol (SRP/SRM) to provide a consistent safety response at all schools. The SRP provides five safety response protocols. Those five responses are SECURE - LOCKDOWN - EVACUATE - SHELTER - HOLD. We will be practicing an EVACUATE drill this month. Should you have questions, please contact Mrs. Beatty.
